How to deal with emotions:

Everyone had different ways of dealing with and addressing their feelings and emotions. Some may do it in an unhealthy way while others may be more comfortable expressing their feelings. I often struggle with my emotions and how to properly address how I am feeling based on my emotions. It is not always easy for me to express how I am feeling, and I often forget that people do not mind readers and cannot understand my emotions if I do not tell them. I often have to reflect on myself and situations to understand if I correctly addressed my emotions. From prior experiences, I can be self-aware of the things I did to address my emotions. A healthy way for me to do that is by writing down how I feel. This always me to leave nothing out and be completely transparent with myself.
